Your product and service can have excellent quality, be among the best in the market, and you might think that word of mouth reputation will take you where you want to be, and yes, it works and will always work. However, branding accelerates the reach of that reputation.
Everything you sell will be associated with the prestige of your brand.
NAMING
What are the elements of branding?
If your business were a human being, when you give it a name, people would know how to address that person. They wouldn’t call them by their gender, girl, boy, or non-binary. The same happens with your business. When you give it a good name (naming), it won’t be called by its industry, bakery, supermarket, clothing store, computer shop, etc. It will be identified by its name.
LOGO
It could be said that, just like with human beings, the logo tells the world, through chosen symbols or strokes, what its physical appearance is. Colors fulfill the function of expressing the character at first glance, while typography tells how its voice is.
IDENTITY
Just like with people, initially, personality can be defined by origin (family), culture, age, etc. In the case of brands, abilities/function, attitude/customer service, aptitude/level of use become more evident, and today, more than at any other historical moment, virtues are emphasized.
